Located in the center of the Las Vegas Valley, just minutes from the strip, It's Yoga LV provides Las Vegas with a place to balance, clear the mind, get strong, get flexible and have fun. We practice Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga, aligned with an open heart and open mind. We welcome all levels of practitioners, and offer Teacher Trainings, Workshops, private instruction and performances through out the year.

INTRODUCTION TO MEDITATION

6:15 pm to 7:15 Facilitated by Carrie Jeroslow LMT, Reiki Master and Certified Theta Healer

Demystify what meditation is and what it can be. During each class you will experiance different disciplines of meditation and learn tools to create your own meditation practice.

Pre register by Sept. 5 to secure a spot!! Only $50 for the entire course!!!

Weekend with David Williams
David Williams will be returning October 16 thru October 19.

David was the first westerner to study Ashtanga Yoga in India, and is resposible for bringing Ashtanga to the west. Join us for a unique weekend of practice and yoga history that only David can offer.
